1 Year Guarantee
For your peace of mind, Items purchased via shineurikitchen.com are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. If a manufacturing defect is found, we will be happy to repair or replace your product, including all delivery charges.
Items purchased through an authorised reseller are also guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. Proof of purchase must be provided in order to validate these claims. If a manufacturing defect is found, we will be happy to repair or replace your product.
A manufacturing defect is defined as any fault in the product’s materials or workmanship, which is present at the time of receipt.
Damages caused as a result of the following conditions are not classed as manufacturing defects, and will not be covered by our guarantee:

4.Staining caused by strongly colored foods/spices
5.Melting caused by overheating

We will not guarantee products which:
1.Have not been used or maintained in accordance with the Care Instructions
2.Any product which has been modified or repaired by anyone other than Shineuri
3.Were purchased as pre-owned, refurbished or sold as seen
4.Were purchased via an unauthorized reseller
In the unlikely event that your product becomes defective during the guarantee period, please contact Customer Services – [email protected]. To ensure that we are able to deal with your enquiry as efficiently as possible we would ask that you include:
Proof of purchase (if the item was ordered via our website please provide your order number)
A picture of item which illustrates the issue
A description of the issue, with details on when it was first noted
If possible a picture or description of the batch code on your product.
Please do not return products to us without contacting us first, we do not accept liability for any items returned to us without authorisation.
If we request that an item is returned to us, we do not accept liability for loss or damage in transit so please ensure that products are adequately packaged and returned to us via a tracked service (if we do not supply a pre-paid label).
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get the full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept the return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after the receipt of the product.
Please simply send us an email to [email protected] if you not happy with our product. We will send you a label issued by our shipping partmer. They will take the product back for us. So it does not cost you anything to return. It is completely hassle free and no questions ask
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
