Where are Shineuri product made?
All our cookware are designed in California and we vetted our cookware vendors all over the world when deciding where to produce. Our products are all made in world-class factories based in China, all of which adhere to our strict ethical manufacturing practices and maintain the required standards for BSCI or SMETA.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) as well as PayPal, Amazon Pay, and Afterpay.
Can I cancel an order after it’s been placed?
You can cancel an order up until receiving your shipping notification. If your order has already been shipped, reach out to us at [email protected] to set up a return.
What days do you deliver on?
Our shipping partners deliver Monday to Saturday. Packages shipped with USP may deliver Sunday depending on your area.
My order has shipped, where can I track it?
Most of orders are shipped from our CA warehouse and carried by UPS domestic service. Our standard practice is tracking number will be provided with the order shipping email and the URL link from UPS. So you will be able to track your parcel anytime you want.
How come I don’t see any updates on my tracking information?
Don’t stress! If your tracking information says “Label Processed,” that means we’re busy getting your order prepared to ship. Orders are usually processed and shipped within two business days.
I placed my order but haven't received my confirmation email. What next?

Our pots and pans are made with aluminum and have a stainless steel base & handles. The interior is made with a non-stick ceramic coating free of toxins, lead, cadmium, PTFE (Teflon®), PFOA and other harmful chemicals.

Will the non-stick coating wear off?
It is very rare for the non-stick coating to wear off under normal household use. Proper use and care will allow for better performance over time. Most cases of non-stick wearing have evidence of overheating, scratching and/or abrasive cleaning.
What is Shineuri Non-Stick Coating made of, is it safe
Shineuri non-stick coating is a technical coating made from a polymer name polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). It is PTFE which gives the cookware the non-stick properties. Public health authorities in Europe and in the USA (ANSES, EFSA, FDA) demonstrated that PTFE is an inert substance which does not chemically react with food, water or domestic cleaning products. It is totally harmless in case of ingestion. These Public health authorities confirmed the harmlessness of PTFE non-stick coatings in cookware. In fact, PTFE is so safe that it is frequently used in the medical profession to coat pacemakers and the tiny tubes made to replace arteries. It is also used for surgical procedures for the benefit of patients with severe kidney disease, and some joint prostheses are also partly coated with PTFE.
What is the service life of non stick coating
It is difficult to give a number of years, because the service life will differ depending on the conditions of usage and frequency of use. To extend its service life, you should protect it from unnecessarily high temperatures and refrain from heating a pan empty. A medium to low heat is sufficient. Do not store cooked food for a long time (one day or longer).
Where does Shineuri ship?
We ship to all states in the USA. Not including Hawaii & Alaska.Unfortunately, we do not ship to APO and FPO addresses, or PO Boxes either.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free on all purchases for orders originating in the continental US. Expressed shipping can be arranged with extra 20 dollars upon requested.
When exactly will I receive my order?
For standard shipping in the continental US, between 2-5 business days once your order has been processed. Expedited shipping can arrive as soon as the next day. If your order has already shipped, you can track your order here.
Do you offer a trial period?
We want you to find cookware that best fits the way you actually cook—and you can't find what fits best until you start cooking. If our products do not spark joy within the first 30 days, send it back to us no questions asked.
Can I return a gift card?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept gift card returns. But we’re confident you can find someone in your life who needs to upgrade their cookware!
I cooked in the product I am returning! What do you do with used returned items?
All returned Shineuri cookware is donated as long as it is in good condition, otherwise we recycle.
My cookware arrived damaged. What do I do?
